This notice covers website visitors and prospective clients. Where we process client-controlled personal data to deliver a project, a separate data-processing agreement and the client’s own notices may also be required.
Information and how it reaches us
- Inquiries: your name, selected service, project description, and any contact details or attachments you send by email or WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp communications: your phone number, profile information visible to us, and message content when you send a message.
- Technical requests: a hosting provider or font provider may receive your IP address, browser details, requested resource, and request time when serving the website.
- Project administration: if an inquiry becomes a project, agreed contact, contract, invoice, and payment-reference information.
We do not install analytics or advertising trackers in this version of the website. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.
How the inquiry form works
The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not send the form to a SimplyWebbed website database, and it does not persist your form answers in browser storage. When you click “Chat on WhatsApp”, the message text is passed to WhatsApp through its link so you can review and send it.
Opening that link exposes the prefilled message to WhatsApp even before you press Send. Only send information you are comfortable sharing through that service. If you prefer, email us directly instead.

Not all grounds apply to every record. An inquiry is not consent to receive unrelated marketing. If consent is requested for a future optional purpose, it must be specific and can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Recipients and third-party services
Information may be available to authorized personnel and service providers needed for communications, hosting, email, project administration, or professional advice. Disclosures may also be necessary to meet a lawful request or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
WhatsApp: used only when you choose to open its link or contact us there. Its own regional privacy policies apply.
Google Fonts: this website requests typefaces from Google’s servers. This creates a network request to Google even if you do not contact us. See Google’s privacy policy.
The production hosting and business-provider inventory must be confirmed before this draft becomes a live notice. We do not sell inquiry information.
International processing
We are based in Nepal. Information you send to us is accessed there, and third-party services may process information in other countries. Nepal is outside the EU/EEA and the UK.
Where EU or UK restricted-transfer rules apply, the relevant transfer mechanism and any supplementary measures must be established before the transfer proceeds. These may include EU standard contractual clauses or the UK IDTA or Addendum where appropriate; this draft does not confirm that such arrangements are already in place.
Contact the privacy email for details. The need for EU or UK representatives, and any exemption, must also be assessed before actively offering services to individuals in those regions.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information should be retained only while needed to handle the inquiry, follow up on the requested service, or resolve related issues. Project and accounting records may need longer retention for contract administration, applicable legal obligations, and the establishment or defence of claims.
Retention is assessed by record purpose, ongoing relevance, legal requirements, and applicable limitation periods. Information should be deleted or anonymized when those purposes end. Exact business retention periods and hosting-log retention are awaiting confirmation before adoption of this notice; no verified fixed schedule is claimed here.
Your rights and choices
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal information. Providing inquiry information is voluntary. Without a way to contact you or enough information about your request, we may be unable to respond meaningfully. The website does not perform automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or profile visitors for advertising.
Personal information requires appropriate technical and organizational safeguards; the production configuration and business access controls must be checked before launch. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
