02

Using this website

These terms cover this informational website. Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not purchase a service or create a project contract. Any paid work requires a separately agreed proposal or service agreement.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or misuse another person’s information.

03

Proposals and project agreements

Before work starts, the project agreement should identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, price and taxes, payment schedule, timings, review rounds, acceptance process, cancellation arrangements, and support. Hosting, domains, licences, and other recurring costs must be identified where applicable.

Changes to scope, cost, or timing require agreement. Website descriptions explain our capabilities and do not replace the agreed project specification. These website terms do not change an existing project agreement.

04

Client materials and intellectual property

Provide only materials you are entitled to share. Ownership or licensing of project code, designs, client materials, reusable tools, and third-party components is determined by the project agreement and relevant licences.

Website text, branding, and other materials may be used for personal reference. Commercial reproduction requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

05

Consumer protections

If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory protections under applicable law remain intact. Nothing here removes rights concerning reasonable care and skill, conformity with agreed descriptions, remedies, or fair contract terms.

Where EU or UK distance-contract rules apply, services generally carry a 14-day cancellation period from conclusion of the contract. Starting services during that period requires the consumer’s express request. Any proportionate charge for work performed, or loss of cancellation rights after full performance, must meet the applicable information and consent requirements. Digital content may have different rules.

The project agreement must provide the applicable pre-contract information and cancellation instructions, including any required cancellation form. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies through these website terms.

06

Availability and external services

We may update the website or interrupt it for maintenance. Although we aim to keep information accurate, confirm project-specific details with us before relying on them.

WhatsApp and other external links lead to services operated by third parties, whose terms and privacy notices apply. Using those links is optional; you can contact us by email instead.

07

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

Any project-specific allocation or limit of liability must be stated in a separate agreement and must be lawful and fair. This website does not promise a particular commercial result, search ranking, revenue level, or uninterrupted availability.

08

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to hello@simplywebbed.com, describing the issue and the resolution sought. We will consider the matter and discuss a response with you.

Applicable law and dispute arrangements for paid projects must be set out in the project agreement. These website terms do not require EU or UK consumers to give up mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.

09

Changes and contact

Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively alter an agreed project contract. This version is a draft dated 4 October 2026 and has not yet been adopted as binding service terms.
